SPECIES DESCRIPTION

Roots: fibrous
Stems: prostrate or floating, rooting at the lower nodes, branching
Leaves: basal leaves absent; cauline leaves 3 – 12 mm long, 5 – 21 mm wide, reniform to flabellate, deeply 3-lobed, vase obtuse to cordate, lobed undivided, terminal segment entire or distantly crenulate, lateral lobes 2-lobed
